Bar Service
The Corinthian Grand Ballroom, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, offers complete beverage service for any wedding reception, business conference or special event in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Top shelf liquors, fine wines, imported and domestic beers and assorted non-alcoholic beverages are available. We can customize the bar to suit the needs of your special event. Select from our extensive wine list for the perfect accompaniment to your meal. Full bars may be arranged either per hour or on consumption. WEDDING CEREMONY PACKAGES

The Corinthian Event Center is proud to present you with the following Sample Reception Menu for 2010. Since 1986, the Corinthian Event Center has provided thousands of clients in Central California with the very best in event planning and catering services. Given the opportunity, it will be an honor to serve you and your guests!
Whether it's a cocktail reception or business after hours, entertaining your guests is our specialty. The sample menu is provided for you to get a glimpse of the style of menu we offer. The Corinthian Grand Ballroom employs an in-house bakery and culinary staff that enables us to tailor any event to the requests of our clients. In addition, our rentals, offers linens, china, glassware and seating arrangements at the most affordable rates in the Central California market. And finally, our coordinators specialize in what I refer to as the "Wow!" factor.

At the Corinthian Event Center we offer several different lunch options for consideration, such as Italian, American, Asian, etc. and we give you multiple options so you can "build your own" lunch menu as well. We make sure you focus on incorporating your food selection into an overall theme for your event. There is NO LIMITATION to the build of your own menu.
